All applications of
Argente Utilities share the same design, and the elements are arranged in the same position.
Settings
In the lower left corner you will find the application
Settings.
General
In the
General tab you can configure options that affect all modules globally, such as the user interface
language. Click the dropdown to display all available languages.
You can also globally
exclude elements such as directories or files so that they are ignored in all modules. Click
Edit in the excluded list.
In the exclusions window, you will find two buttons: one to
select directories and another to
select files quickly and easily.
After selecting an element, it will appear in the excluded elements list and will no longer be detected in any of my applications. You can remove an element by clicking the three-dot menu next to it.
Automation
In the
Automation tab you can configure application automation features, such as
automatic updates or
automatic maintenance.
These features are limited by license type: automatic updates require a
Full license or higher, and automatic maintenance requires an
Unlimited license.
Automatic updates can be enabled or disabled using the toggle switch.
Automatic maintenance works similarly but includes additional customization options, such as execution frequency.
You can also configure the
Scan type.
This scan configuration
is not the same as the one used in the maintenance section of Argente Utilities.
Click the selected
Scan type to modify the parameters. By default, a
Recommended configuration is applied that balances speed and scan accuracy.
The
Simple configuration prioritizes the most critical and common areas, making it the fastest scan type.
Finally, you can set a
Custom configuration by selecting the elements you wish to scan.
Each selected application can also be configured with different profiles depending on the available options.
