System becomes unresponsive and locks up when trying to install on windows 7!! Really would like to use it on 7 as it is my laptop ,I use when I go for my treatments at the hospital. Seems like it might have something to do with user rights or it is not registering properly. My guess is it might be some of the files are not windows 7 compliant. Any help would be great, but at your decision. Thank you.

Official support for Windows 7 and Windows 8 has ended. My applications may still run on those systems under very specific conditions. In the case of Windows 7, it is very unlikely that my application will work properly. You can try updating the operating system to the latest version or running the application in compatibility mode, but I don’t think that will solve the issue.

Perhaps I should update the list of supported operating systems and only officially support Windows 10 and Windows 11.
